Cartoni Shipping New Focus Family Fluid Heads: Focus 8 & Focus 12

The Cartoni product line expands next month with the shipment of Focus 8 & 12 in the US. These state of the art fluid heads are conservatively priced and designed for smaller and lighter cameras.
They both have the Cartoni counterbalance system in a light, compact form factor. The 12 has Euro-style quick-release plates, an illuminated level bubble, and 100mm ball base fittings. The 8 has a sliding plate that’s compatible with Sachtler Ace and Manfrotto plates and a 75mm ball base.
The Focus 8 uses a new style of sliding plate that’s compatible with Sachtler Ace and Manfrotto plates, while the 12 has a Euro-style quick-release plates.
